Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because all our products are made on demand (customized and printed especially for you), we are unable to offer cash refunds. Instead, if your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit (voucher) for the full value of your purchase, or you may request an exchange for a different size, color, or design.

To start a return, please contact us at renuevo.brand@gmail.com We will guide you through the process. Do not send any item back without first contacting us – such returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of a replacement.

Exceptions / non‑returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (after contacting us). Once your return is accepted, we will issue a store credit that you can use to place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14‑day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Please note: due to the customized nature of our products, the 14‑day cancellation right results in a store credit, not a cash refund, as permitted by EU law for personalised goods.

Refunds (store credit)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, issue a store credit to your email address within 10 business days. The credit can be used for any future purchase on our store. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process any original charge reversal if applicable – but note that we do not issue cash refunds.
